Form data is used only to assess and answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a professional relationship.
Basis, recipients and retention
Processing relies on consent and requested pre-contractual steps. We do not sell data. Necessary hosting and email providers may process it under their terms. We retain it while handling the enquiry and for applicable liability periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, or withdraw consent by emailing us. You may also complain to the APDA.
